He went on to take on key roles across several leading agencies in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, working in Business Development, Team Leadership, Sales, Agent Coaching, and as Head of Department. These experiences gave him an unparalleled understanding of the industry’s diverse dynamics. They also exposed him to the growing push to completely automate and outsource Property Management, a drive for profit at the expense of both landlords and tenants. In chasing efficiency, many agencies had stripped away the very care, accountability, and service that protect clients’ best interests.
